Payment & Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Payments:
  All payments are non-refundable once processed. This applies to both the monthly subscription and annual prepaid plans. The fees charged cover the ongoing delivery of services for WordPress website building, hosting, and maintenance, including regular updates, support, and any agreed additional services during that month or year.

   

• Refund Exceptions:
  Refunds will only be considered if explicitly agreed upon in writing in exceptional circumstances. Any such exceptions must be clearly documented in your invoice and service agreement.

   

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation During the 1-Year Contract:
  Clients wishing to cancel service before the end of the one-year contract will incur a cancellation fee of $250. This fee applies to both monthly subscription and annual prepaid clients. In the event of cancellation before the contract concludes, we will assist with migrating your website data to the hosting provider of your choice.

   

• Cancellation After the Contract Period:
  If you decide to cancel our services after the one-year contract has ended, you will not incur any cancellation fees. We will provide you with the complete website backup and return ownership of your domain name. This allows you to transition to another service provider at your discretion without additional charges.

   

Website Transfer Clause

Upon cancellation or at the end of the one-year contract term, Social Prizm agrees to transfer the full ownership of the website, including the domain name purchased on your behalf, to you. The transfer includes:

• The website’s complete backup (files, databases, and associated content)

   

• The domain name registration held exclusively for you
  Following the transfer, you are free to choose any hosting provider. Please note that any costs associated with re-registering or transferring the domain name, if applicable, will be your responsibility. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition and will provide reasonable assistance throughout the transfer process.

   

No Hidden Fees

There are no hidden fees with any of our plans. All costs, including the cancellation fee for early termination, are clearly outlined in your service agreement.
